Twisted River Farm is a member of North Iowa Fresh and grows produce for the Bounty Box Vegetables Subscription Program.

Founded in 2013, Twisted River Farm is located in Mitchell, IA and specializes in salad greens, micro-greens, baby root vegetables and a few culinary herbs that are sold at farmers markets, restaurants, and grocery stores around North Iowa.

Although we do not certify any of our products as organic, we operate as if we were. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides or pesticides are used on any of our products. We are able to avoid their use by: practicing a low/no-till style of production in our market garden, fast rotation of our crops, flame-weeding, row-covers, and tarps.
